Worth Noting
To gain a better understanding of how diversity – specifically generational differences – can be better recognized and appreciated in order to create a more unified and productive workforce, Kohl’s asked VersantWorks to help. In the past three years, VersantWorks has implemented the Connecting to a Changing Workforce generational diversity learning program within the Kohl’s Merchandising, Planning & Allocation and Information Services divisions, as well as within the Logistics senior leadership team and the executive team that runs a key Distribution Center in Patterson, California. Program implementation for the Product Development leadership team is now underway, with completion scheduled for early 2012.
